Job Description

Dynamic Learning and Development Executive responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating employee development programs, and enhancing workforce capabilities. Skilled in training coordination, performance improvement, employee engagement, and learning management systems. Experienced in organizing workshops, evaluating training effectiveness, and supporting talent development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify employee training and development requirements across departments.
  • Coordinate induction, technical, and behavioral training programs.
  • Develop training calendars and manage learning schedules effectively.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess skill gaps and learning needs.
  • Support implementation of learning management systems and e-learning tools.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and employee development initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments.
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and communication content.
  • Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and training vendors.
  • Assist in employee engagement and talent development programs.
  • Track learning KPIs and generate periodic training reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational learning and policy requirements.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote continuous learning culture within the organization.
