Job Description
Compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications, and supporting clinical operations in healthcare settings. Experienced in patient monitoring, nursing documentation, emergency response, and infection control practices. Adept at collaborating with doctors and healthcare teams to ensure patient safety, comfort, and effective treatment outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients according to treatment plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report clinical changes promptly.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies safely.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Handle emergency situations and provide immediate nursing support.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain patient observation records.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for patient care.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgical procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas.
- Ensure proper handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
