Senior Staff Nurse- Nursing-OT

The Senior Staff Nurse - Nursing-OT will support and supervise nursing care in OT, medical, and surgical departments at Rhea Healthcare. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with OT nursing experience and leadership ability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing support in OT and assigned clinical areas.
• Assist during surgeries, procedures, patient preparation, and recovery.
• Guide junior nurses on sterile technique, documentation, and patient safety.
• Maintain OT nursing records, medication charts, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, CSSD, pharmacy, and ward teams.
• Monitor infection control, PPE, and biomedical waste compliance.
• Report patient or equipment concerns promptly.
• Ensure safe, smooth, and quality-focused nursing
