Senior Staff Nurse OT-LDRA

The Senior Staff Nurse OT-LDRA will provide and supervise nursing care in operation theatre, labour-delivery-recovery areas, and NICU-related support at Rhea Healthcare. This requires strong OT, LDRA, and maternal nursing experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support OT, LDRA, and NICU nursing workflow.
• Assist in surgeries, deliveries, procedures, and emergency maternal care.
• Monitor patient vitals, recovery status, and clinical progress.
• Guide junior nurses on sterile technique, documentation, and patient safety.
• Maintain OT/LDRA records, medication charts, and nursing handovers.
• Coordinate with doctors, anesthesia, NICU, CSSD, pharmacy, and ward teams.
• Follow infection control, PPE, maternal safety, and emergency protocols.
• Ensure safe, respectful, and quality-focused nursing care.
