Operation Theatre Incharge

The Operation Theatre Incharge will manage OT operations, surgical scheduling, nursing coordination, sterile practices, equipment readiness, OT documentation, and safety compliance at Rhea Healthcare. This requires nursing or OT background with leadership experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation theatre activities and surgical workflow.
• Coordinate OT schedules, staff allocation, and procedure readiness.
• Ensure instruments, equipment, consumables, and emergency supplies are available.
• Monitor sterile practices, infection control, and OT safety standards.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, CSSD, biomedical, and housekeeping teams.
• Maintain OT registers, surgical checklists, equipment logs, and material records.
• Guide OT staff on SOPs, discipline, and patient safety.
• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient OT operations.
