Nursing Superintendent

The Nursing Superintendent will lead nursing administration, patient care quality, nursing manpower planning, staff supervision, documentation compliance, infection control, and nursing service improvement at Rhea Healthcare. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing services across clinical departments.
• Plan duty rosters, manpower allocation, and nursing coverage.
