Senior Staff Nurse -Operation Theatre

The Senior Staff Nurse - Operation Theatre will supervise OT nursing support, sterile preparation, surgical assistance, junior staff guidance, documentation, and OT coordination at Rhea Healthcare. This requires strong OT nursing experience and leadership skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise OT nursing workflow during surgical cases.
• Ensure sterile instruments, consumables, linen, and equipment readiness.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during procedures.
• Guide junior OT nurses and technicians on sterile technique and documentation.
• Verify patient details, consent, checklist, and surgical preparation.
• Maintain OT nursing records, material usage, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with CSSD, biomedical, pharmacy, ward, and recovery teams.
• Ensure safe, sterile, and efficient OT nursing services.
