Staff Nurse - Nursing-OT

The Staff Nurse - Nursing-OT will provide nursing support in operation theatre, medical, and surgical care areas at Rhea Healthcare. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with OT and nursing care experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in OT, ward, and assigned clinical areas.
• Prepare patients for surgery, procedures, and clinical interventions.
• Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and doctors during procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and infection control practices.
• Monitor patient vitals, comfort, and recovery status.
• Maintain nursing notes, OT records, medication charts, and handover details.
• Coordinate with CSSD, pharmacy, ward, recovery, and billing teams.
• Ensure safe, professional, and patient-focused nursing support.
