Job Description
Care Hospitals is seeking a Staff Nurse to manage patient care from admission to discharge, assist in medical procedures, and ensure adherence to hospital protocols. The involves monitoring patient health, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation while working closely with the healthcare team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care including hygiene, nutrition, and comfort
- Monitor vital signs, observe patient condition, and report any changes to doctors
- Administer medications and injections following proper protocols and safety guidelines
- Assist in clinical procedures, treatments, and patient rehabilitation activities
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure infection control, safety standards, and proper waste management practices
- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for effective patient care
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment, crash carts, and essential supplies
- Support patient and family education, counseling, and emotional care
- Maintain ward cleanliness, inventory, and ensure availability of required materials
