Secretary - Patient Care Services

The Secretary - Patient Care Services will manage secretarial duties, administration support, executive assistance, department coordination, communication, and patient care documentation at Apollo Hospitals, Kolkata. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 0–6 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support patient care services department with daily administrative and secretarial tasks.
• Maintain department files, patient service records, meeting notes, reports, and communication documents.
• Assist in appointment coordination, service follow-up, internal communication, and report preparation.
• Prepare documents, Excel reports, presentations, letters, and basic MIS.
• Coordinate with patient care team, front desk, billing, doctors, nursing, and administration departments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and internal communication professionally.
• Track pending tasks, follow-up requirements, patient service updates, and department records.
• Support meetings, department reviews, and administrative activities when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and organized secretarial support.
