Senior Secretary - Patient Care Services

The Senior Secretary - Patient Care Services will support senior-level administration, back-office operations, office assistance, department documentation, computer-based reporting, and patient care service coordination at Apollo Hospitals, Tiruchirappalli. This requires Any Graduate qualification with 2–7 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage senior secretarial tasks including documentation, correspondence, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain department files, patient care records, service reports, registers, and follow-up trackers.
• Prepare Excel sheets, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with patient care executives, doctors, front office, billing, diagnostics, and administration teams.
• Track pending work, service updates, approvals, meetings, and communication requirements.
• Support back-office work, data entry, file management, and computer-based department operations.
• Handle internal calls, emails, appointments, and department communication professionally.
• Assist in patient service coordination and escalation tracking when required.
• Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and organized records.
• Ensure smooth, disciplined, and efficient office support.
