Andrologist

Andrologist is a vital in the Andrology department at a healthcare facility. The position requires delivering high-quality male infertility and reproductive health care, ensuring smooth clinical and laboratory operations. Candidates should have 1–5 years of experience with MBBS/MD qualifications. Strong expertise in andrology procedures, lab coordination, and patient consultation is essential. This contributes significantly to fertility treatment success, patient satisfaction, and clinical excellence.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver clinical duties as per Andrology protocols
• Conduct male infertility evaluation and treatment
• Ensure accurate diagnostic and lab coordination
• Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
• Coordinate with IVF and embryology teams
• Maintain clinical documentation and reports
• Follow infection control and hospital guidelines
• Support OPD and procedure management
• Handle patient counselling and communication
• Ensure proper sample handling and reporting
• Assist in advanced reproductive procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data
• Participate in continuous medical training
• Support emergency clinical requirements
• Improve departmental efficiency and outcomes
