OT Nurse

We are looking for an OT Nurse to provide nursing support during surgical procedures, patient preparation, sterilization, and post-operative care. The candidate should have experience in operation theatre nursing, surgical assistance, patient safety, and infection control. The requires clinical responsibility, teamwork, and strict adherence to OT protocols.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during operation theatre procedures.
• Prepare patients before surgery as per clinical instructions.
• Maintain sterile conditions during surgical procedures.
• Support instrument handling and surgical assistance.
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
• Ensure proper documentation of OT nursing activities.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors, anesthetists, technicians, and support staff.
• Maintain OT cleanliness, readiness, and discipline.
• Manage surgical consumables and nursing supplies.
• Provide post-operative nursing support to patients.
• Educate patients about basic post-surgery care instructions.
• Report any patient complications or concerns to doctors.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and OT SOPs.
