Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support hospital growth through lead generation, doctor referrals, corporate tie-ups, local marketing, and patient acquisition activities. The candidate should have strong sales, communication, and field marketing skills with the ability to build relationships, promote hospital services, and contribute to business expansion.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads for hospital services.
• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and local partners.
• Promote eye care services and hospital facilities in the assigned area.
• Conduct field visits for business development and referral growth.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into patient visits.
• Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and business activities.
• Support patient acquisition through local outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling.
• Identify new market opportunities for hospital growth.
• Maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
• Achieve monthly business development targets.
• Provide market feedback to management for strategy improvement.
• Represent the hospital professionally during external meetings.
