Optical Executive

We are seeking an Optical Executive to manage optical sales, frame and lens selection, customer service, and patient support. The candidate should have knowledge of lenses, frames, prescriptions, and optical products. The requires good communication, sales ability, product knowledge, and a patient-focused approach to improve optical service experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses.
• Explain optical products, lens options, and pricing clearly.
• Read and understand prescriptions for optical requirements.
• Support optical sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain display, stock, and cleanliness of the optical section.
• Coordinate with optometrists and doctors for prescription clarity.
• Handle customer queries related to spectacles and lenses.
• Ensure accurate order placement and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain billing and product records for optical sales.
• Provide professional customer service to patients.
• Manage frame inventory and report stock requirements.
• Support lens fitting and quality checking coordination.
• Promote suitable products based on patient needs.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through timely service delivery.
