Credit Card Sales Executive

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a sales professional to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions related to credit card services. The involves explaining product features, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be expected to meet performance targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote credit card products and services
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful sales
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance experience and trust
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
