Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

The Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and budgeting activities. The involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and taxation regulations. The candidate will work closely with internal departments to support effective financial management and organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial transaction activities efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation activities.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, reimbursements, and vendor settlements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audit activities.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections.
• Support payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processes.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and accounting data.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and financial institutions for financial operations.
• Identify financial discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
• Support implementation of process improvements in finance and accounts operations.
• Prepare management reports and financial performance summaries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial workflow management.
