Manager / Senior Manager - Supply Chain

The Manager / Senior Manager – Supply Chain will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing supply chain activities to ensure uninterrupted business operations and timely product availability. The involves managing procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, vendor coordination, and demand planning while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with quality standards. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and strengthen overall supply chain performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely sourcing and material supply.
• Oversee warehouse operations, storage practices, and material movement activities.
• Ensure smooth dispatch and distribution operations to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Develop demand forecasting and production planning coordination strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in supply chain operations.
• Manage transportation, logistics partners, and distribution networks effectively.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Monitor procurement costs and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, finance, and sales teams for seamless operations.
• Handle supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for operational continuity.
• Ensure proper documentation and inventory control practices are maintained.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives within supply chain processes.
