Inside Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, explaining healthcare products or services, scheduling demos, and converting prospects into clients. This requires strong communication skills, sales confidence, CRM discipline, follow-up ability, and target-oriented performance. The candidate will support business growth through tele-sales, online demos, and relationship-based customer engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare prospects.
• Handle inbound enquiries and provide clear information about company products or services.
• Generate qualified leads through calling, email, WhatsApp, and digital follow-ups.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition to potential customers.
• Schedule product demos, meetings, and follow-up calls with interested prospects.
• Maintain CRM records, lead status, call notes, follow-up dates, and conversion details.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable healthcare solutions.
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to improve conversion chances.
• Coordinate with field sales, demo, support, and onboarding teams when required.
• Handle customer objections, pricing queries, and basic sales negotiation professionally.
• Achieve daily calling targets, lead generation goals, and monthly sales targets.
• Share brochures, proposals, product links, and required details with prospects.
• Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Track lost leads, interested leads, and future follow-up opportunities.
• Support smooth customer acquisition through disciplined inside sales process.
