Medical Equipment Sales Executive

The Medical Equipment Sales Executive will be responsible for selling medical devices, healthcare equipment, diagnostic instruments, or hospital products to healthcare organizations. This requires product knowledge, field sales skills, client relationship management, and the ability to explain technical features in a simple and convincing manner. The candidate will develop new customers, manage existing accounts, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare centers.
• Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits and market research.
• Demonstrate product features, technical benefits, usage process, and service support.
• Meet doctors, biomedical teams, purchase departments, administrators, and business owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product comparisons, and sales presentations.
• Follow up with prospects for purchase decisions, approvals, and order closure.
• Coordinate with installation, service, logistics, and support teams after order confirmation.
• Maintain knowledge of medical equipment specifications, applications, and competitor products.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Handle pricing discussions, objections, negotiations, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain sales pipeline, visit reports, customer database, and order tracking records.
• Attend product trainings, exhibitions, demos, and healthcare industry events.
