Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting healthcare products or services, generating leads, visiting clients, building relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare businesses for sales promotion.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local market research.
• Explain company products, services, pricing, features, and benefits to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital owners, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, lead conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up meetings with prospects.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, lead status, and customer interaction records.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, service activation, and support.
• Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and closing discussions professionally.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.
