Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare facilities to promote medical equipment and related solutions.
• Generate leads from hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical institutions.
• Explain equipment usage, benefits, specifications, and commercial value to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate technical discussions when required.
• Build relationships with doctors, purchase managers, biomedical teams, and administrators.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product details, and follow-up communication.
• Support sales closure through timely follow-up, negotiation, and requirement mapping.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and service support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries, leads, and sales pipeline.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Track competitor products, pricing, and local market opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and territory performance goals.
