Resident Medical Officer / Junior Resident

Asian Insititute of Medical Science is seeking a Resident Medical Officer / Junior Resident to manage day-to-day patient care, assist in clinical procedures, and support hospital operations. The involves monitoring patient conditions, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical records under the guidance of senior doctors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients
• Conduct initial patient assessments, history taking, and clinical examinations
• Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes promptly
• Assist in medical procedures and emergency interventions
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Attend ward rounds and update treatment charts accordingly
• Handle emergency cases and ensure timely response
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and clinical guidelines
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans
