Dental Assistant

Asian Insititute of Medical Science is seeking a Dental Assistant to assist in dental treatments, prepare instruments, and maintain clinical efficiency. The involves supporting dentists during procedures, managing patient flow, and ensuring sterilization and infection control protocols are followed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during various dental procedures and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment before and after procedures
• Ensure proper infection control and maintain hygiene standards in the clinic
• Prepare patients for treatment and provide chairside assistance
• Maintain patient records and update documentation accurately
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination
• Ensure availability of dental materials and maintain inventory
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Handle basic laboratory tasks such as impression handling (if required)
• Support overall clinic operations for smooth workflow
