Assistant Manager / Team Leader

Asian Insititute of Medical Science is seeking an Assistant Manager / Team Leader to manage operational workflows, supervise staff, and drive performance excellence. The involves coordinating with multiple departments, improving processes, and ensuring smooth execution of daily activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the assigned department
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve performance targets
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and service standards
• Handle escalations, resolve issues, and ensure timely closure
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
