Senior Executive - Administration

We are hiring a Senior Executive - Administration for the Administration department at Manipal Hospitals, Delhi. The candidate will handle hospital administration activities, licensing coordination, government empanelment, documentation, and liaison management. The requires strong administrative skills, hospital operations knowledge, coordination ability, and experience in managing statutory and operational requirements.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day hospital administration activities and operational coordination.
• Handle licensing documentation, renewals, approvals, and compliance-related records.
• Coordinate with government departments, vendors, and external agencies when required.
• Support hospital empanelment processes with government and private organizations.
• Maintain administrative files, agreements, certificates, and statutory documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth implementation of administrative processes.
• Monitor facility-related issues and follow up for timely resolution.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance visits with proper documentation.
• Prepare administrative reports, MIS, and status updates for management.
• Assist in vendor coordination, service agreements, and operational follow-ups.
• Ensure hospital policies and administrative procedures are followed consistently.
• Support patient service improvement through effective backend coordination.
• Handle correspondence related to administration, licensing, and liaison work.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in official communication.
