Associate - International Operation

We are looking for an Associate - International Operation for the International Operations department at Manipal Hospitals, Delhi. The candidate will coordinate international patient services, assist with hospital operations, manage communication, support appointment and treatment coordination, and ensure smooth patient experience. The requires healthcare operations knowledge, communication skills, and experience in international patient coordination.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate services for international patients from inquiry to treatment completion.
• Communicate with patients, attendants, embassies, agencies, and internal hospital teams.
• Support appointment scheduling, admission coordination, billing guidance, and documentation.
• Assist international patients with hospital process, reports, estimates, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with doctors and departments for treatment plans and medical opinions.
• Maintain patient communication records, inquiry status, and operational reports.
• Support visa letters, medical documents, and required hospital certificates when applicable.
• Ensure international patients receive timely and professional assistance.
• Coordinate with billing and finance teams for estimates, payments, and package details.
• Help resolve patient concerns related to language, process, stay, and hospital services.
• Support marketing and relationship activities for international patient growth.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient medical and personal information.
• Track patient journey and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Prepare MIS reports related to international patient inquiries and conversions.
