Associate - Marketing

We are hiring an Associate - Marketing for the Marketing department at Manipal Hospitals, Delhi. The candidate will support digital marketing, lead generation, calling activities, patient outreach, and campaign coordination. The requires good communication skills, marketing awareness, calling ability, and interest in healthcare promotion and patient engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support hospital marketing campaigns for patient outreach and lead generation.
• Make outbound calls to potential patients, leads, and healthcare contacts.
• Follow up with inquiries generated through digital marketing and offline campaigns.
• Maintain lead data, calling records, and follow-up status accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for appointment booking and patient conversion.
• Assist in digital marketing activities including campaign tracking and content coordination.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, packages, and health check-up programs.
• Handle patient queries professionally and route them to the correct department.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversion activities.
• Support health camps, promotional events, and awareness programs.
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and marketing vendors when required.
• Maintain a positive hospital brand image in all patient communications.
• Identify interested leads and ensure timely follow-up for better conversion.
• Follow hospital communication standards and patient data confidentiality guidelines.
