Job Description
Skilled Senior Executive – Biotechnology responsible for supporting biotechnology research, process development, laboratory operations, and biopharmaceutical production activities. Experienced in handling biological processes, data analysis, quality compliance, and technical documentation within regulated environments. Adept at collaborating with research, production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure efficient process execution, product quality, and compliance with industry standards while contributing to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support biotechnology research, development, and process optimization activities.
- Perform laboratory experiments, biological testing, and data analysis as per project requirements.
- Assist in bioprocess development, fermentation, cell culture, and downstream processing activities.
- Maintain accurate technical records, batch documentation, and experimental reports.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, biosafety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
- Monitor process parameters and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities for commercial production.
- Conduct troubleshooting for process deviations and technical issues.
- Assist in validation, qualification, and calibration activities for laboratory equipment.
- Review raw material specifications and ensure proper handling of biological materials.
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare technical summaries for management review.
- Stay updated with advancements in biotechnology, bioprocessing, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance.
