Executive - Production

Dedicated Executive – Production responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, production planning, process monitoring, and quality compliance within industrial or pharmaceutical environments. Skilled in handling production equipment, maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. Adept at monitoring process performance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities as per approved manufacturing plans and schedules.
• Monitor production processes to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
• Operate and supervise manufacturing equipment and production systems effectively.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, safety, and quality standards during production operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, warehouse, and engineering teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor material consumption, batch processing, and production output records accurately.
• Identify process deviations and report operational issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective action implementation during manufacturing activities.
• Maintain production logs, batch records, and operational documentation accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of production areas and equipment.
• Participate in equipment qualification, validation, and process improvement activities.
• Assist in minimizing downtime, wastage, and operational inefficiencies.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Support shift activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, efficiency, and quality enhancement.
