Job Description
Detail-oriented Executive – Analytical Development responsible for supporting analytical method development, validation, testing, and laboratory operations within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments. Skilled in handling analytical instruments, conducting chemical analysis, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Adept at collaborating with formulation, quality assurance, and production teams to support product development, stability studies, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform analytical method development and routine laboratory testing activities.
- Conduct method validation, verification, and transfer as per regulatory guidelines.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution systems.
- Prepare samples, reagents, standards, and analytical solutions accurately.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks, analytical records, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
- Coordinate with formulation, production, and quality assurance teams during development activities.
- Investigate analytical deviations, out-of-specification results, and laboratory issues.
- Support stability studies and interpretation of analytical data.
- Assist in preparation of regulatory submission documents and analytical reports.
- Ensure calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and ensure proper chemical handling practices.
- Stay updated with analytical techniques, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
