Support Services Staff

Rhythm Hospital, Vadodara is looking for responsible Support Services Staff to assist in hospital operations, patient support, department coordination, and service management. The requires teamwork, discipline, communication skills, and the ability to support daily hospital workflows. The candidate should help maintain smooth operations, cleanliness, coordination, and patient-friendly service delivery across assigned areas.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support daily hospital operations across assigned departments and service areas.
• Assist patients, attendants, staff, and visitors with basic guidance and coordination.
• Help maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and organized hospital surroundings.
• Coordinate with nursing, administration, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Support patient movement, wheelchair assistance, file transfer, and department coordination.
• Ensure required materials, equipment, and supplies are available in assigned areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or service delays to supervisors.
• Follow hospital rules, duty schedules, infection control, and safety practices.
• Assist in admission, discharge, transfer, and patient support activities when required.
• Maintain polite communication and professional behavior with patients and staff.
• Support emergency or urgent operational needs as directed by senior staff.
• Help in managing queues, patient flow, and visitor movement within the hospital.
• Maintain records or checklists related to assigned support service duties.
• Work as a team to ensure smooth and patient-friendly hospital service delivery.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned responsibilities on time.
