Nursing Staff

Rhythm Hospital, Vadodara is hiring compassionate and skilled Nursing Staff to provide quality patient care across hospital departments. The involves bedside care, medication support, vitals monitoring, documentation, and coordination with doctors and healthcare teams. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical nursing skills, patient-handling ability, discipline, and dedication to maintaining safety, hygiene, and comfort for patients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to patients as per doctors instructions and hospital standards.
• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, recovery progress, and overall condition regularly.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and nursing procedures safely.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication records, and patient care documentation.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, dressing, and emergency care.
• Support ICU, OT, ward, and general nursing activities as assigned.
• Educate patients and attendants about medicines, diet, hygiene, and care instructions.
• Maintain infection control practices, cleanliness, and patient safety protocols.
• Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, admission, discharge, and transfer.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and other departments for patient needs.
• Respond quickly to patient calls, emergencies, and changes in condition.
• Ensure proper use, care, and availability of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality, empathy, and professional behavior with patients.
• Support smooth shift handover with complete patient status updates.
• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical care practices.
