Paramedical Staff

Rhythm Hospital, Vadodara is seeking trained Paramedical Staff to support clinical, diagnostic, emergency, and patient care services. The requires technical knowledge, coordination with doctors and nurses, proper handling of medical equipment, and accurate documentation. The candidate should be responsible, patient-focused, and capable of supporting smooth hospital operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support doctors, nurses, and clinical teams in patient care and diagnostic activities.
• Assist in sample collection, diagnostic support, procedure preparation, and clinical assistance.
• Prepare patients for tests, procedures, examinations, or department-level services.
• Maintain accuracy in reports, forms, registers, and patient-related documentation.
• Handle medical equipment carefully and ensure proper cleaning, calibration, and readiness.
• Follow patient safety, infection control, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
• Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, emergency, ward, and other hospital departments.
• Assist in emergency care and provide timely support during critical situations.
• Maintain stock of required materials, consumables, and paramedical supplies.
• Guide patients and attendants regarding procedure preparation and basic instructions.
• Ensure smooth patient movement between departments when required.
• Report abnormal findings, equipment issues, or patient concerns to senior staff.
• Maintain discipline, hygiene, and professional communication in all patient interactions.
• Follow hospital protocols and department-specific standard operating procedures.
