IT Executive

Rhythm Hospital, Vadodara is seeking an IT Executive to manage hospital IT support, system maintenance, network troubleshooting, software coordination, and technical assistance. The requires knowledge of computers, hardware, networking, hospital software, and user support. The candidate should ensure smooth functioning of IT systems, data safety, and timely technical support for hospital staff and departments.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for computers, printers, scanners, networks, and hospital systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, LAN, and basic server-related issues.
• Support hospital software users and coordinate with software vendors when required.
• Maintain system uptime and ensure smooth IT operations across departments.
• Install, configure, and update required software, applications, and system tools.
• Manage user access, login issues, password resets, and basic data security practices.
• Support billing, reception, laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, and administrative IT needs.
• Maintain IT asset records, equipment inventory, and service documentation.
• Monitor network connectivity and resolve technical issues quickly.
• Ensure proper backup coordination, antivirus updates, and data protection support.
• Assist in CCTV, biometric, printer, and peripheral device troubleshooting.
• Train staff on basic software usage and IT process compliance when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, software support, and hardware replacement.
• Follow hospital IT policies, confidentiality rules, and cybersecurity guidelines.
• Report recurring issues and suggest improvements for better IT efficiency.
