HR Executive

Rhythm Hospital, Vadodara is hiring an HR Executive to support recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, documentation, and staff engagement activities. The requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of HR processes in a healthcare setting. The candidate should be able to manage employee records, hiring support, onboarding, attendance coordination, and HR communication with professionalism and confidentiality.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, joining documents, and staff database accurately.
• Coordinate onboarding formalities, induction, and new employee documentation.
• Assist in attendance, leave, shift coordination, and employee-related HR processes.
• Communicate HR policies, rules, and updates to hospital staff when required.
• Support employee engagement activities, staff communication, and workplace coordination.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and staffing updates.
• Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, joining, exits, and employee status.
• Assist in performance review coordination and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries professionally and escalate concerns when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records, salary details, and HR matters.
• Support exit formalities, clearance process, and final documentation.
• Ensure HR practices follow hospital policies and professional workplace standards.
• Coordinate training schedules, staff meetings, and internal HR communication.
• Help create a positive, disciplined, and employee-friendly hospital work environment.
