Warehouse Operator

The Warehouse Operator will manage warehouse operations, including RM receipt, PM receipt, FG dispatch, inventory handling, material movement, documentation, and GMP-compliant storage at Sun Pharma, Jammu. This requires SSC, HSC, ITI, or Diploma qualification with 1–5 years of warehouse operations experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and other warehouse items as per SOP.
• Verify material name, quantity, batch number, invoice, purchase order, and delivery documents.
• Support RM receipt, PM receipt, FG dispatch, stock movement, and inventory handling activities.
• Maintain GRN records, inward records, dispatch records, stock registers, and warehouse documentation.
• Arrange materials in proper storage areas with correct labeling, segregation, and traceability.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, production, packing, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.
• Check material condition, damage, shortage, expiry, mismatch, or documentation gaps during receipt.
• Support sampling coordination, material release process, and finished goods dispatch workflow.
• Follow GMP, GDP, warehouse SOPs, safety, hygiene, and material handling requirements.
• Maintain proper segregation of approved, under-test, rejected, returned, and dispatched materials.
• Prepare stock updates, pending material trackers, and dispatch documentation when required.
• Ensure accurate, organized, safe, and compliant warehouse operations.
