Patient Care Coordinator

• Maintain and update patient records in the hospital management system.
• Support discharge planning and ensure patients receive proper instructions and follow-up details.
• Track patient satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dietary, and support services for patient comfort.
• Assist in managing VIP or high-priority patient cases with personalized attention.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information at all times.
• Monitor turnaround times for services and escalate delays when necessary.
