Job Description
The Business Development Coordinator will support business development activities through lead tracking, coordination, follow-up, reporting, campaign support, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This requires coordination skills, computer knowledge, communication ability, and organized documentation. The candidate will assist the business development team in managing enquiries, referral data, outreach activities, and growth-related reports.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support business development team with coordination, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain lead records, referral data, doctor visit reports, and campaign details.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, health camps, and outreach activities.
- Follow up with referral partners, corporate contacts, and internal departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Assist in tracking enquiries, conversions, patient referrals, and pending actions.
- Coordinate with front office, billing, marketing, and operations teams for patient support.
- Maintain communication records, contact databases, and field activity summaries.
- Support preparation of promotional material, presentations, and campaign schedules.
- Handle calls, emails, and internal communication related to business development.
- Ensure timely reporting of market updates and team activity status to seniors.
- Help business development team achieve smooth workflow and growth targets.
