Supply Chain Executive

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing hospital procurement coordination, inventory tracking, vendor follow-up, material movement, purchase documentation, and stock availability. This requires knowledge of supply chain processes, purchase coordination, inventory control, documentation accuracy, and communication with departments and vendors. The candidate will support timely availability of required materials and smooth hospital operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase requests, material requirements, and department requisitions.
• Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery timelines, invoices, and material supply.
• Support procurement of hospital consumables, equipment, stationery, and general materials.
• Maintain purchase records, delivery challans, GRN details, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, pharmacy, nursing, administration, and user departments.
• Monitor stock levels, pending orders, slow-moving items, and urgent material needs.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and quality requirements.
• Support cost comparison, vendor evaluation, and purchase approval processes.
• Track material movement, consumption trends, and inventory reports.
• Ensure timely issue of materials to departments as per approved process.
• Report shortages, delays, damaged goods, or vendor issues to seniors.
• Follow hospital purchase policies, documentation standards, and inventory controls.
