Associate Consultant - Emergency Medicine

Associate Consultant - Emergency Medicine is responsible for supporting emergency medicine services, patient stabilization, acute care treatment, emergency procedures, and coordination with critical care and specialty teams. The requires MBBS with DNB Emergency Medicine or Masters in Emergency Medicine qualification with 0 to 2 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of emergency medicine, emergency management, consulting, and patient care.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support assessment and management of emergency patients.
• Provide immediate stabilization for acute and critical conditions.
• Assist in trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with ICU, surgery, medicine, anesthesia, and specialty teams.
• Review urgent investigations and support clinical decisions.
• Assist in CPR, airway management, resuscitation, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain emergency case records and documentation.
• Counsel patients and families with calm and clear communication.
• Support admission, transfer, referral, and discharge coordination.
• Follow emergency protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Participate in emergency audits, training, and clinical discussions.
• Deliver timely, ethical, and patient-centered emergency care.
