Clinical Instructor - Nursing

Clinical Instructor - Nursing is responsible for nursing education, clinical teaching, student training, audit compliance, practical demonstrations, and nursing skill development. The requires B.Sc Nursing with teaching or clinical instructor experience and 3 to 4 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of nursing education, clinical training, teaching methods, audit compliance, and computer skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical teaching sessions for nursing students and staff.
• Demonstrate nursing procedures, patient care techniques, and clinical skills.
• Guide trainees during ward, ICU, and department clinical postings.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and training schedules.
• Monitor student performance and provide academic feedback.
• Support nursing audits, compliance checks, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing administration and department supervisors.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment, and evaluation documents.
• Ensure students follow patient safety and infection control practices.
• Participate in workshops, skill labs, and nursing development programs.
• Support orientation and continuing nursing education activities.
• Promote professional, ethical, and patient-focused nursing practice.
