Staff Nurse

Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering professional nursing care across ICU, MICU, PICU, pediatric, emergency, and general nursing areas. The requires B.Sc Nursing or GNM qualification with 0 to 3 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of nursing care, patient monitoring, medication administration, critical care support, emergency nursing, documentation, and compassionate patient service.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to admitted, emergency, and critical care patients.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, treatment response, and patient condition.
• Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments safely.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency care.
• Support ICU, MICU, PICU, pediatric, and emergency nursing workflows.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication charts, and patient care records.
• Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, transfers, and discharge.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Educate patients and family members about care instructions.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, pharmacy, lab, and support teams.
• Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused nursing care.
