Sr Executive - Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting hospital business growth through healthcare sales, field marketing, referral development, patient lead generation, and client relationship management. The requires MBA or any graduation qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of healthcare sales, business development, hospital marketing, corporate communication, referral networking, and patient conversion support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and facilities in assigned markets.
- Develop referral relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and healthcare partners.
- Generate patient leads through field visits, outreach activities, and relationship building.
- Support business development plans to increase hospital visibility and patient footfall.
- Maintain strong communication with referral sources, patients, and corporate contacts.
- Conduct regular visits to consultants, medical practitioners, and local healthcare networks.
- Support health camps, awareness programs, OPD promotions, and branding activities.
- Track leads, referrals, conversions, daily visits, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal departments for patient appointment and service support.
- Identify new business opportunities in local and nearby healthcare markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management.
- Prepare marketing reports, activity trackers, and business development updates.
- Maintain ethical communication while representing the hospital externally.
- Support patient conversion through timely follow-up and service coordination.
- Contribute to hospital growth through professional, result-oriented sales and marketing efforts.
