Executive - Sales and Marketing is responsible for executing hospital marketing activities, generating patient leads, building referral contacts, supporting field promotions, and improving hospital service awareness. The requires MBA or any graduation qualification with 2 to 5 years of experience. Candidates should have knowledge of healthcare sales, business development, field marketing, client relationship management, local outreach, and hospital promotion activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales and marketing activities for hospital services.
- Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and referral partners.
- Promote hospital departments, specialties, facilities, and patient care services.
- Generate leads through local outreach, field visits, and referral follow-ups.
- Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community contacts.
- Support health camps, awareness drives, branding events, and OPD promotions.
- Track daily visits, leads, referrals, patient inquiries, and conversion updates.
- Coordinate with reception, OPD, billing, diagnostics, and clinical departments for patient support.
- Follow up with potential patients, corporate contacts, and referral sources regularly.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information from assigned areas.
- Assist senior marketing team in planning and executing campaigns.
- Support business development activities to improve hospital visibility.
- Communicate hospital value propositions clearly and professionally.
- Maintain ethical and disciplined communication in all field interactions.
- Help achieve assigned sales, referral, and lead generation targets.
