MBBS Doctor

The MBBS Doctor will support patient assessment, ICU and emergency care, clinical monitoring, consultant coordination, treatment support, and medical documentation at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. This requires MBBS qualification with 1–6 years of experience in RMO, ICU, emergency, or hospital clinical care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend OPD, IPD, ICU, emergency, ward, and assigned clinical patients during duty hours.
• Take patient history, conduct clinical examination, and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor patient vitals, investigation reports, treatment response, and clinical progress.
• Maintain case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and handover records.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, ICU, OT, and billing teams.
• Respond to emergency calls and escalate critical cases promptly.
• Review investigation reports and inform seniors about abnormal findings.
• Support admission, discharge, referral, and patient movement processes.
• Counsel patients and attendants under consultant guidance.
• Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Deliver safe, timely, and professional medical support.
