The Application Specialist will support healthcare application management, user support, requirement gathering, application quality management, issue resolution, and coordination between users and technical teams at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. This requires graduate or relevant qualification preferred with 1–6 years of application support experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide application support to hospital users across clinical, administrative, and operational departments.
- Understand user requirements and coordinate with technical teams for system improvements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, workflow problems, access concerns, and user queries.
- Support quality management, testing, validation, and implementation of application changes.
- Maintain issue logs, change requests, user feedback, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, vendors, department users, management, and support teams.
- Train users on application features, workflow steps, and best usage practices.
- Monitor application performance, data accuracy, and process compliance.
- Support new module rollout, configuration, UAT, and system updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient, hospital, and application data.
- Prepare reports, user guides, and support MIS when required.
- Ensure smooth, reliable, and user-friendly healthcare application support.
