Associate Consultant

The Associate Consultant will support specialty-based patient care, clinical consultation, patient evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, screening, and multidisciplinary coordination at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. This requires specialty-specific qualification with 5–8 years of clinical or consultant-level experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in OPD, IPD, emergency, ICU, or specialty clinics as per department requirement.
• Support consultants in diagnosis, screening, treatment planning, and patient management.
• Review clinical history, investigation reports, imaging, medication response, and patient progress.
• Coordinate with nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, ICU, OT, billing, and other specialty teams.
• Maintain clinical notes, prescriptions, procedure records, and discharge documentation.
• Counsel patients and relatives regarding diagnosis, care plan, treatment options, and follow-up.
• Respond to urgent clinical concerns and escalate critical cases as required.
• Participate in case discussions, audits, academic activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection control, ethical standards, and patient safety practices.
• Deliver safe, timely, and evidence-based specialty care support.
