Consultant

The Consultant will be responsible for specialty-based patient evaluation, clinical decision-making, treatment planning, documentation, team guidance, and patient-centered care at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. This requires specialty-specific qualification with 7–10 years of relevant experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients in OPD, IPD, ICU, emergency, or assigned specialty departments.
• Diagnose diseases and prepare evidence-based treatment, procedure, and follow-up plans.
• Review clinical history, reports, imaging, medication response, and patient progress.
• Coordinate with nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, OT, ICU, emergency, and other specialty teams.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and procedure notes.
• Guide junior doctors, clinical staff, nurses, and department team members when required.
• Support clinical audits, academic discussions, quality programs, and departmental reporting.
• Follow hospital clinical protocols, infection control, patient safety, and ethical standards.
• Provide safe, timely, and professional specialist care.
