Trainee -Contract - CT - Costing

The Trainee / Contract / CT - Costing will support costing, accounting, MIS preparation, accountancy documentation, cost analysis, data entry, reconciliation, and finance coordination at PD Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Mumbai. This requires 1–6 years of experience in costing, accounting, finance, or MIS support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support costing and accounting activities as per finance department requirements.
• Prepare and maintain cost sheets, MIS reports, account records, and financial data trackers.
• Assist in data entry, reconciliation, cost allocation, and expense analysis.
• Coordinate with accounts, billing, purchase, stores, pharmacy, and administration teams.
• Verify financial documents, invoices, approvals, and supporting records under guidance.
• Maintain accurate records related to costing, CAP, accounting, and department reports.
• Support monthly closing, report preparation, and management data requirements.
• Identify missing data, calculation differences, or documentation gaps and report to seniors.
• Use Excel, accounting software, and hospital systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and organizational information.
• Follow finance SOPs, documentation discipline, and audit requirements.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and organized costing support.
